Can the lab look up shade from an old case?

Yes, ROE maintains comprehensive records and can look up shade information from previous cases, even cases completed years ago. If you need to match a new restoration to work completed in the past, for example, a crown fabricated in 2021, simply call us with the patient's name and the doctor's name.

Our team will search our records and retrieve the shade information used on the previous case. This is particularly helpful when creating new restorations that need to match existing work, ensuring consistency and a seamless appearance for your patient.
