Yes, ROE can look up the username associated with your portal account. Simply call our team with your office information, and we will locate your account and confirm your username.

If you also need your password reset, we can send a password reset email to the email address connected to your account. Alternatively, we can reset your password to be the same as your username for easy access, for example, if your username is "Smith62," we can temporarily set your password to "Smith62" as well. Once you log in, you can change your password to something more secure.
