Can patients schedule their own CT scans?

Yes, patients can call ROE directly to schedule their own CT scan appointments. When calling, patients should press 6 to reach our scheduling department for appointments.

Before the appointment can take place, we require a doctor authorization form to be sent to the laboratory. Please ensure this form is submitted prior to the patient's scheduled appointment date to avoid any delays or rescheduling.

Patients should bring their current prosthetics with them to the CT scan appointment, as these may be needed for reference during the scanning process. In addition to CT scans, custom shade appointments are also available and can be scheduled through the same process.
