Can patients drop off dentures for scanning/duplication?

Yes, patients are welcome to drop off their dentures directly at ROE Dental Laboratory for scanning and duplication services. This option is particularly convenient for patients who are wheelchair-bound, have mobility limitations, or simply live near our facility.

The scanning process typically takes approximately thirty minutes to one-and-a-half hours, depending on the complexity of the case. Patients have the option to wait at the laboratory while the scanning is completed, or they can leave a phone number and we will notify them when the dentures are ready for pickup.

Please note that a prescription (RX) from the dental office is required for this service. The prescription can be faxed or emailed to the laboratory in advance, or the patient can bring it with them when they drop off the dentures. Patients may walk in anytime after 9:00 AM when our technicians are available; however, we recommend scheduling ahead of time to ensure a technician is available to assist promptly upon arrival.
