Can I schedule a custom shade stain appointment before the case is sent?

Yes, you can coordinate a custom shade appointment before or simultaneously with case submission, which is particularly convenient for patients who live near our laboratory. This allows for same-day coordination between the dental office and the lab.

For example, if a patient has their crown preparation done at your office at 10:00 AM, they could then drive to our laboratory for a shade appointment at 11:30 AM the same day. This streamlined approach works well when the patient's location makes travel between your office and our facility practical.

When scheduling this way, our laboratory will call to confirm that the patient is still coming before their appointment time. Please note that patients should not have any bleaching treatments within two weeks prior to their shade appointment, as this can affect shade accuracy.
