Can I request invoices from past cases?
Yes, you can request invoices from past cases at any time. Call our team and provide the patient's name along with the timeframe you are interested in—for example, "I need invoices for patient John Smith from October."
We will send the requested invoices to your email address. Please note that if a case involved multiple stages, each stage is invoiced separately due to our system's structure. This means you may receive multiple individual invoices for a single patient's case, with each stage documented on its own invoice.
