Can I pay using my bank account (ACH) on file?

Yes, if you have a bank account on file with ROE you can use it to make ACH payments. When you call to make a payment, simply provide the last four digits of your bank account number, and our team will confirm the account ending in those digits before processing the payment.

Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records. One significant advantage of ACH payments is that there is no convenience fee, unlike credit card payments which incur a 2.9% fee. This makes ACH an economical choice for regular payments.
