Can I modify a case already in quality control?

If your case is in quality control and you need to request a modification, please call our laboratory with the specific change you require. For example, you might request to "remove the bumper from the canine and move it anterior or posterior."

Our team will note the requested change and determine whether the modification can be made at this stage. Please be aware that changes made during quality control may adjust the delivery timeline and could result in additional charges if the case needs to be remade or significantly altered to accommodate the modification.

We will do our best to accommodate your request and will communicate any impacts to timing or cost.
