How can I look up the shade from an old case?

Yes, ROE maintains comprehensive case history records, and we are happy to help you look up shade information from previous cases. This service is especially valuable when you need to match new restorations to existing work completed months or even years ago.

To retrieve shade information, simply call our laboratory and provide the patient's name. Our team will search our records and provide you with the shade that was used on the previous case, for example, "B1 was used on the last case for this patient." This ensures consistency and helps achieve optimal aesthetic results when creating new restorations that need to blend seamlessly with prior dental work.

Whether the original case was completed recently or several years ago, our detailed records allow us to assist you in maintaining shade continuity for your patients.
