Can doctors drop off cases after 5 PM?

Yes, dental professionals can drop off cases after regular business hours by using our shipping dock located at the back of the building. Simply pull around to the back of the facility, where our shipping dock is located, and staff members can receive your cases there after hours.

We recommend calling ahead to confirm dock availability and let us know you are on your way. For example, you might call and say, "I have one crown to cement and will be there in half an hour." This advance notice helps ensure someone is available to receive your case when you arrive.

This after-hours drop-off option is convenient for practitioners who need to deliver urgent cases outside of standard business hours.
