I can't log into the ROE online case submission portal—what should I do?
If you are having trouble logging into the ROE Dental Laboratory portal, please call our team for assistance with resetting your password. When you call, provide your office email address, and we will send a password reset link immediately. Alternatively, we can reset your password to be the same as your username for easy access.
If you do not receive the reset email within five minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, as the message may have been filtered there. We recommend waiting five to ten minutes before attempting to log in again after requesting a reset, as the system may need a brief period to process the change.
