What if the wrong item was delivered (upper vs. lower)?

If you received an incorrect item, such as an upper restoration when you ordered a lower, please contact our laboratory so we can resolve the issue promptly. Incorrectly fabricated restorations can always be returned for correction.

The case will go through our remake evaluation process to determine what occurred and how to proceed. Depending on the circumstances, a credit may be issued for the incorrect item, or the remake may be completed at no charge. To produce the correct item, we will need a new prescription (RX) specifying the proper details.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong item and are committed to making it right as quickly as possible.
