There are two paths to success that ensure the proper online account configuration and hels prevent duplicate customer accounts. Options include:

- Our team will reach out and help set up the account configuration that you need, e.g. some practices want doctors to be billed separately, while others request centralized billing for all their doctors.
- ROE will send a link to the practice to complete the online account setup.
- This ensures proper configuration within the ROE system and prevents duplicate customer accounts.
2. Initiate the new online account via the registration screen
- Once the initial online account has been created, the ROE team will reach out and confirm account configuration.
