Can I consult with technicians on cases?

Once your case arrives, our team will assign a dedicated Technical Consultant to you and your account. This technician will be responsible for communicating with your office on technical matters including treatment planning, case communication, digital case previews, and quality control. This one-on-one aspect has proven to be a valuable, relationship-building asset for our clients for many years.


What happens when a patient comes to the lab for a shade?

A Shade at Lab is for a crown in production, or that we need to remake with a correct shade. A custom shade is for a crown that’s already made that we are making adjustments on.
