Who is my Assigned Technical Consultant Rep? I need to talk to someone about my case.

Say to office: Sure I’d be happy to help you, let me pull up your account real quick, what is the doctor’s name? What specifically did you want to discuss about your case? That way I can get you to the correct person if I am unable to answer your question. Your assigned Technical Consultant is: __________

  • Actions to take: Try to see if you can answer the question without transferring. If the inquiry is technical in nature,  transfer to the assigned tech rep.

Note: If assigned tech rep is not available to find another tech rep to help with the question. If you cannot get a hold of anyone for assistance, explain to the office that you can transfer them to the assigned tech rep’s voicemail and leave them a message.
