removable prosthetics. All appliances are fabricated on duplicate
models enabling our clients to pre-fit cases prior to the final
seating appointment. Full and partial dentures are processed
utilizing Ivocap’s pressure-injection system, arguably the best acrylic
processing system in the world. Ivocap compensates for acrylic
shrinkage and ensures accuracy on every case.
ROE full dentures
are fabricated with Ivoclar’s Esthetic Simplified & Predictable
denture system, with benefits such as processed bases at
the bite appointment, mechanically verified balanced occlusion,
special lingual contact teeth, anatomical articulation and
much more.
ROE partial dentures are designed with retentive
yet discrete chrome cobalt frameworks, returned fit to
your original master cast. We also specialize in alternative
problem solving designs including; aesthetic hidden clasp frameworks,
laser partials,
Flexite, and
Valplast.
Simply put, our dentures are more accurate.
First, the final Ivocap pressure-injected base is made and sent to the dental
office with a wax rim attached for an accurate bite registration and verification
of fit. Second, the Stratos articulation system mechanically verifies balanced
occlusion using Ivoclar lingualized teeth. These benefits, among others,
provide peace-of-mind with the knowledge that all aspects of a patient’s
denture is pre-approved prior to finishing.
All partial dentures from ROE
are fabricated on duplicate models. Finished partials are pre-fit and returned
on the preserved master model - minimizing chairside adjustment.
For many
years ROE has successfully fabricated aesthetic partial dentures with Valpast
and Valplast Hybrids providing an excellent alternative to conventional
partial frames.

are tried in with an Ivocap processed base for an perfect bite registration.
For many years, laser welding has played an enourmous part of partial repairs
and construction. Now fiberwelded superstructures for overdentures are now
constructed from 100% titanium for lower cost and higher biocompatibility.
