e.max Monolithic - CAD & Press

  • e.max monolithic is milled or pressed full contour from a block of dense ceramic. When e.max is produced in this manner it exhibits 360MPa. This manufacturing process does not require stacked porcelain, which is the weak link in all traditional restorations. For this reason, e.max may is one of the strongest restorations (with the exception of full gold and full zirconia) available today.

  • due to decreased labor, we provide e.max CAD in just 3 lab days

  • we recommend milled emax for crowns, inlays and onlays in the posterior

  • send conventional or digital impressions. If you are a Cerec user, request a DropBox from ROE to export files directly to us, and set up an account through Sironawww.Cerec-Connect.com to send milled models.

    e.max Layered

  • Achieve consistent, harmonious esthetics with layered emax

  • layered emax is pressed, cut-back and hand layered for increased translucency and shading

  • emax is also pressed to zirconia, which delivers additional stregth for bridges and implant restorations
  • Innovative materials, great esthetics, high strength, versatile application is what emax offers. No more troubleshooting material selection - simply request e.max
