Or simply design your single units and export them to a dropbox folder. We open the file and mill the restoration for any monolithic material of your choice. This is the scanner we've all been waiting for. You do not need to use powder, but that is not as exciting as the speed. At the Mid Winter Meeting in Chicago the Trios specialists were scanning their own mouths. It took a mere 13 seconds to scan a quadrant, wet! This was the most impressive demonstration we've ever seen.

What's more, we use 3Shape's sophisticated software to run nearly all our CAD/CAM software. This means that digital impressions are immediately imported into our system with accuracy and perfect integration.

The Lava C.O.S. will support conventional processes like PFM, as well as digital all-ceramic restorations including Lava™ Crowns and Bridges. Before the patient even leaves the chair, the dentist or assistant can quickly and easily fill out the digital prescription using the touch screen monitor. The digital impressions and prescription are then forwarded to ROE.

If you have upgraded to the latest software, you can design and export you files to us. We will mill empress, emax, BruxZir and TLZ restorations. Our ceramists perform a custom stain and make your restoration beautiful. Our fees are very competitive. Please call to discuss this service.
