Why should you choose ROE for your Esthetic Cases? It's simple, your case will be fabricated by ceramists that have trained though both LVI and Dawson philosophies, have an average of 23 years with our laboratory, are assigned to your practice, and love their work!
"All Ceramic, All You Need" is Ivolcar's creed. When you need a veneer, a crown, a bridge, an implant restoration you can rely on e.max. E.max monolithic is milled or pressed full contour, stained, glazed and polished. This material, combined with a dedicated and experience team, produces wonderful outcomes.
When e.max is produced monolithically it exhibits 360MPa. This manufacturing process does not require stacked porcelain, which is the weak link in all traditional restorations. For this reason, e.max may is one of the strongest restorations (with the exception of full gold and full zirconia) available today.
ROE requires only 3 days in the laboratory for emax monolithic.
We accept conventional or digital impressions. Model-free crowns are possible for some digital impression systems. And, If you are a Cerec user, request a DropBox shared folder to export files directly to ROE. We have your case in minutes and provide beautiful crowns, model-free, at a low cost. This is ideal for single units. For more complex cases, including layered ceramics, set up an account through Sirona www.Cerec-Connect.com to send milled models.
Achieve consistent, harmonious esthetics with layered emax. Every esthetic case completed by ROE involves a diagnostic wax-up and matrixes. This wax-up can be shared with our customers via high resolution images.
Layered emax is pressed, cut-back and hand layered for increased translucency and shading. You can request pressed-to-zirconia in bridges cases or simply layered for veneers and crowns. No more troubleshooting material selection - simply request e.max
For many years ROE has layered beautiful veneers and crowns using the Empress Esthetic system. Although emax has stolen the show, for the most par, Empress is still a viable material. We recommend its use in the anterior. All Empress cases involve the LVI cutback method to ensure deep colors and intensives. If Empress is your choice, choose ROE's experience
