Joe enhances the organization with his 3 decades of technical expertise. Joe oversees the success of all of our technical services in addition to seeing that all implant and attachment cases are successfully restored. He is also in charge of our educational program working with our staff to advance our collective skills and knowledge.

Mark is responsible for customer satisfaction and communicating technical observations and questions to many of our clients ensuring the success of each and every case. Mark is always available to discuss restorative options and treatment plans. Mark also manages our office team ensuring that all of our work is picked-up, fabricated and delivered to our clients on or before the expected due date.

George is assigned to a group of dentists and is responsible for their satisfaction. He communicates technical observations and questions to our clients to ensure the success of each and every case. George has many years of experience working in the laboratory as a technician. This hands-on background is valuable for case evaluation and communication.

Jason has recently completed a 22 year career in the US Army. While in the Army he served in the dental field since 1996 in many capacities including being a Dental Laboratory Technician and earning his CDT in 2005. He has also been a Dental Clinic Manager, dental assistant and dental supply technician just to name a few of his positions. He enjoys spending time with his family when he is not here at ROE.

Tammy has been in the dental industry for over 25 years. She has worked in all aspects of dentistry from the front office, to chairside as a Certified EFDA, to quality control and sales in the dental laboratory industry. Tammy recently relocated from the Pittsburgh area to join us here at ROE. When not working with the dental team, Tammy enjoys her family and spending time on the golf course, hunting and riding motorcycles.
JOHN OPET C.D.T., Crown & Bridge Department Manager (with ROE since 1977)
John has been a dedicated department manager for many years. He has trained through both the LVI Institute and The Dawson Academy. His skill and attention to detail has been a great value to our laboratory and the many people who surround him.
On a personal note, John met his wife at ROE and they have 4 wonderful children who we've followed to adulthood.
KELLY PALMER C.D.T., Emax Department Manager
Kelly has worked with ROE since 2002. His focus has always been ceramics. He has a Master of Fine Arts Degree and brings an artists sensibility and training to ROE's aesthetic anterior team.
He is passionate about his work, manages a great team of ceramists, and is fortunate to be able to work everyday with his wife Amanda, another gifted ROE technician.
JOE ROYER C.D.T., Removable Department Manager
Joe has worked for ROE since he was a teenager (since 1994). His incredible knowledge, experience and work-ethic have thrust our removable services far into the 21st century. Joe manages our incredible digital apparatus as well as the designs and fabricates custom, hand-crafted prosthetics.

Marco has served the dental community since 1995 in all aspects of C&B. He served in the Air Force Dental Laboratory from 1995-1999. He has been a Certified Dental Technician since April 4, 2008. And he is a terrific person to work with.

Alan wears many hats at ROE. As Marketing Director he ensures that our clients are informed of the many services and products ROE offers. Alan also coordinates continuing education courses and seminars, co-writes our ROE Reports newsletter, contributes to technical support and office communication, maintains our online resources, and much more. MARC KELEMEN MBA, CMQ/OE, CQA, CSSGB

Prior to joining ROE, Marc was a quality and engineering leader in consumer electronics, alternative energy and chemical processing industries in North America, Europe and Asia. He is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational excellence, a Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Marc was named an ASQ Fellow in 2013 for decades of outstanding leadership in quality, continuous improvement, nanotechnology, sustainability, and workforce development. Marc’s MBA is from Baldwin-Wallace University and his BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He is a named inventor on 8 international patents and a voting member of two ASTM Standards Committees. He is very proud of his three children, two at Purdue and one at Alabama.
