	Gregg Shreve, Vice-President gregg@roedentallab.com  Ext. 302 Gregg has more than two decades of experience in his position in charge of the day-to-day operation of the laboratory. In communicating and case consultation with our clients Gregg is always seeking to incorporate our customers needs into the restorations we produce.
	Joe Ambrose C.D.T., Technical Director joe@roedentallab.com  Ext. 303 Joe enhances the organization with his 3 decades of technical expertise. Joe oversees the success of all of our technical services in addition to seeing that all implant and attachment cases are successfully restored. He is also in charge of our educational program working with our staff to advance our collective skills and knowledge.
	Mark Amerio, Service Director, Customer Consultant mark@roedentallab.com  Ext. 304 Mark is responsible for customer satisfaction and communicating technical observations and questions to many of our clients ensuring the success of each and every case. Mark is always available to discuss restorative options and treatment plans. Mark also manages our office team ensuring that all of our work is picked-up, fabricated and delivered to our clients on or before the expected due date.
	John Rashedi, Customer Consultant johnr@roedentallab.com  Ext. 305 John is also responsible for customer satisfaction and communicating technical observations and questions to our clients to ensure the success of each and every case. John's many years of working in the laboratory allows him to offer restorative options and treatment plans which help you and your patients achieve your desire treatment goals.
	George Saro, Customer Consultant george@roedentallab.com  Ext. 305 George is assigned to a group of dentists and is responsible for their satisfaction. He communicates technical observations and questions to our clients to ensure the success of each and every case. George has many years of experience working in the laboratory as a technician. This hands-on background is valuable for case evaluation and communication.
	Alan Banks, Marketing Director alan@roedentallab.com  Ext. 314 Alan ensures that our clients are informed of the many services and products ROE offers. Alan coordinates continuing education courses and seminars, editing and distribution of our ROE Reports newsletter, marketing activity and much more.
